Payment & Reservation Policy
To secure your reservation, we require a 30% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be charged 45 days prior to departure. Until payment is received, prices and availability may change.
For reservations made less than 45 days before the travel date
the Client is required to pay the full amount of the Quotation at the time of booking confirmation.
Once the payment has been made, the Client must provide Natal Peru with proof of the transaction. Upon receipt, Natal Peru will proceed with securing the necessary bookings with the service providers involved.
Failure to make payments within the specified deadlines may result in the unavailability of the services or changes to the agreed pricing. In such cases, Natal Peru reserves the right to release any pre-reserved accommodations, transportation, trains, or flights and retain any deposits made by the client.
Service Package Agreement
By booking with Natal Peru, the Client acknowledges that the services are sold as a package and that individual activity costs will not be itemized.
Required Documentation
To ensure service availability, the Client must submit the necessary documentation within the deadlines specified in the proposal. This may include passport copies, information on allergies or dietary restrictions, accommodation preferences, and details of international and/or domestic flights booked independently by the Client. Any delays, inaccuracies, or errors in providing this information are the sole responsibility of the Client, and Natal Peru shall not be held liable for any resulting issues.

Payment Fees
- Credit/debit card payments may incur bank processing fees.
- Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the client.
Failure to pay the required deposit or balance within the established deadlines may result in cancellation of your reservation. Once full payment is received, we will send your booking confirmation with all the necessary details.
Booking Modifications
- Any modifications to your reservation are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
- Changes made less than 15 days before departure may not be possible or could incur administrative charges.
Cancellation Policy
- More than 45 days before departure: Full refund minus any non-refundable fees or deposits (as informed at booking).
- Between 45 and 15 days before departure: 50% refund of the total trip cost.
- Within 14 days of departure: No refund will be provided.
Non-Refundable Fees: Some deposits for flights, accommodations, or activities may be non-refundable. This will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
Refunds: If applicable, refunds will be processed within 15 business days via the original payment method.
Force Majeure
Natal Peru is not responsible for changes due to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, extreme weather, or civil unrest. Alternative arrangements will be made whenever possible.
Liability Disclaimer
Natal Peru is not responsible for additional expenses caused by flight delays, cancellations, or logistical disruptions beyond our control.
Passport & Visa Requirements
- Your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your planned departure from Peru.
- Citizens of the U.S., Canada, U.K., Australia, and most EU countries do not require a visa for stays up to 183 days for tourism purposes.
Travel Insurance (Highly Recommended)
We strongly recommend obtaining comprehensive travel insurance that covers:
Medical Emergencies – Hospitalization, evacuation, and repatriation.
Trip Cancellations & Interruptions – Protection against unforeseen circumstances.
Lost or Delayed Luggage – Reimbursement for essential items.
Adventure Activities – Coverage for hiking, trekking, and other activities.
24/7 Emergency Assistance – Immediate help in case of medical or travel issues.
Ensure you carry a copy of your insurance policy and emergency contact information during your trip.
Health & Medical Advice
Vaccinations: It is advisable to be up to date on routine vaccinations. Additionally, vaccines for hepatitis A, hepatitis B, typhoid, and yellow fever may be recommended depending on your itinerary.
Altitude Sickness: If traveling to high-altitude areas such as Cusco or Lake Titicaca, allow time to acclimate, stay hydrated, and consider altitude medication if needed.
Water & Food Safety: Drink bottled or filtered water, avoid raw foods, and consume properly cooked meals.
Acceptance of Terms
By booking with Natal Peru, you agree to our payment, cancellation, and modification policies.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any conflict or disagreement regarding their validity, interpretation, enforcement, or scope shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts and judges of Lima.
